By accessing or using our Site, submitting an enquiry, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or purchase Products.

3. Definitions

Customer / You: Any individual or legal entity who uses the Site, submits an enquiry, or purchases Products.

Order: A confirmed request by You to purchase Products from us (after quotation/confirmation).

Products: Machines and equipment, such as hot foil stamping machines, HTL printing machines, screen printing machines, sticker labelling machines etc., as listed on the Site.

Quote: A price proposal we issue to you after you enquire or request pricing.

4. Quotation, Ordering & Acceptance

Enquiry & Quote: When you enquire via the Site, we may supply you with a quote. Quotes are valid for a specified period (e.g. 30 days) unless otherwise stated.

Placing Orders: You place an order by confirming acceptance of our quote and/or following our ordering procedures.

Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or reject any Order or part thereof. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in price or description, failure of payment, or suspicion of fraud.

Modifications: Any changes to the Order (features, specifications, design) after acceptance must be agreed in writing and may incur additional charges or adjusted delivery times.

5. Prices, Payment & Taxes

Prices: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated. Prices on the site or in quotes are subject to change without notice until Order is accepted.

Taxes: Prices may include GST or other applicable taxes under Indian law. For international orders, duties, taxes, customs fees are not included unless expressly stated. Those are the responsibility of the buyer.

Payment Terms: Payment methods accepted (e.g. bank transfer, credit card, etc.) will be stated in the quote or invoice. We may require partial or full advance payment.

Late Payment: If payment is delayed, we reserve the right to charge interest, hold shipments, or cancel the Order.

6. Delivery, Lead Time & Risk

Lead Time / Processing Time: After payment is confirmed, we will process the order within [X] business days (you fill in the typical number). Production, testing, and packaging are included.

Delivery: Delivery times depend on location, product type, and shipment method. We will provide an estimated delivery date. Delays due to external factors (customs, freight, weather) are not always within our control.

Risk Transfer: Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to You when we deliver the Products to the carrier (for international or external shipping) or when delivery to your premises is completed, as per applicable incoterms (or as otherwise agreed).

7. Warranty & Defects

We warrant that the Products sold are of merchantable quality and conform to the specifications in the Quote / Product description, subject to any tolerances.

If a defect appears within [warranty period, e.g. 12 months] from the date of delivery, You must notify us in writing promptly, providing evidence (photos, etc.). We will repair or replace the defective part, or at our discretion, issue a refund for the faulty portion.

This warranty does not cover defects resulting from misuse, alteration, unauthorized repair, improper maintenance, or natural wear and tear.

8. Returns, Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation by You: You may cancel the Order before production starts (or dispatch, as applicable). Once production has commenced or dispatch initiated, cancellation may not be possible or may entail cancellation fees.

Returns: Because of the nature of machinery Products, returns may be permitted only under limited conditions (defective at arrival, wrong model, damage in transit). You must notify us within [X days, e.g. 7‑10 days] after delivery, with proof.

Refunds: If a return or cancellation is accepted, refunds will be processed via the original payment method, less any costs incurred (shipping, customs, handling, etc.), as applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights (designs, drawings, trademarks, logos, text, images) on the Site and for Products remain with Super Tech Engineers or licensors.

You shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

We endeavour to provide correct information on the Site and in quotes, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing or other content are accurate, complete, or error‑free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability (including for negligence) for any claim arising out of or in connection with an Order shall in no case exceed the total amount paid by You in respect of that Order.

We are not liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages, nor for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure, customs, transportation delays, etc.).

11. Export / Import / Customs

For international Orders, You are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, permits, licences or other formalities needed for importing the Products into your country.

You are also responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges.

Any inspections by customs or non‑delivery due to import restrictions are not our responsibility, though we will assist to the extent possible.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, particularly the State of Maharashtra, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or Orders shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai / Thane (or the courts you specify) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strike, pandemics, governmental action, etc.

14. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be effective from the date they are posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
