SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Time

  • After receiving full payment (or as agreed in contract), we will begin processing your order within 30-45 business days. This includes manufacturing/testing/quality checks and packaging.

  • Orders placed during weekends or Indian public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  1. Methods & Carriers: We use trusted couriers/freight forwarders for domestic delivery. Depending on the size, weight, and nature of the Product, shipments may be sent via road transport, rail, or air.

  2. Delivery Time:

    • For smaller machines or parts: 15 business days depending on location.

    • For large machines or bulky equipment: additional lead time due to freight transport, possibly 30-45 business days depending on distance and logistic complexity.

  3. Shipping Cost: Shipping charges will be calculated based on product size / weight / volume, distance, and mode of transport. Shown upfront in quote/invoice.

  4. Tracking: We will provide tracking / shipment details (where possible) once the order has been dispatched.

  5. Delivery Issues: If the carrier can’t deliver due to access issues, incomplete address, or other issues, additional charges may apply. If product is left at safe location without signature (if allowed) we are not responsible for theft or damage thereafter.

3. International Shipping

  1. Available Countries / Regions: We ship globally unless restricted by law or exporter/importer restrictions. All international requests will be reviewed for feasibility.

  2. Delivery Time: Depends on destination, customs clearance, shipping method (air / sea / courier). Typical timeframes are 35-50 business days, but delays may occur.

  3. Shipping Charges: Calculated based on weight/volume, destination, shipping mode, insurance (if applicable), and any export documentation fees. The quote/invoice will include these or specify them separately.

  4. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes:

    • You are responsible for paying any import/customs duties, VAT/GST or other taxes or fees imposed by your country.

    • We are not responsible for delays, seizure, or failure of delivery caused by customs procedures or regulations in your country.

  5. Documentation: We will provide necessary export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, etc.). If you require additional certification (e.g. origin certificate, etc.), please inform us at time of order.

4. Insurance, Risk & Loss

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to You once the Product is handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • For high‑value or fragile items, we suggest you arrange insurance. If you would like us to arrange, we can provide cost estimates.

  • In case of damage during transit or loss:

    • You must inspect the goods upon delivery.

    • If visible damage, immediately record on delivery note and take photographs.

    • Notify us within  15 business days with evidence.

    • We will work to assist with a claim with the carrier and, if verified, replace or refund (as per Terms).

5. Shipping Restrictions & Prohibited Goods

  • Some Products may have export or import restrictions depending on the destination country, or legal/regulatory constraints.

  • Hazardous materials, or Products subject to specific export licensing may not be shipped to certain countries.

  • If the Product cannot be legally shipped to your country, we will notify you and either cancel and refund (minus costs incurred) or offer an alternative.

6. Delays & Force Majeure

  • Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, natural disasters, political unrest, transport strikes, epidemics/pandemics, regulatory clearance, or other events beyond our control.

  • We will keep you informed of any known delays and do our best to mitigate them.

7. Free Shipping & Promotions (if applicable)

  • If a promotion offers free or discounted shipping, the terms will specify minimum order value, eligible locations, and whether certain shipping methods are included or excluded.

  • Promotional shipping offers may exclude large or bulky items or remote locations.

8. Returns / Claims Related to Shipping

  • Returns due to shipping damage or wrong product will require you to provide proof (photos, etc.).

  • If a Product is lost in transit and the tracking or carrier confirms that, we will process replacement or refund.

  • Ultimately, shipping claims are subject to carrier terms; our liability is dependent on what the carrier accepts.

9. Customer Obligations

  • Provide accurate shipping address, contact details, and any required customs information.

  • Be available to accept delivery or ensure someone is present; for large / scheduled deliveries, help ensure access.

  • For international customers, ensure you know your country’s import requirements and any licenses needed.
